Return & Exchange Policy

If there is an issue with the product, please contact us via Instagram within 7 days, and we’ll provide instructions for exchanging or refunding the product. Please note that exchanges or refunds due to change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.

Shipping Policy

• We ship everywhere in Egypt, excluding the New Capital and North Sinai.
• Shipping cost is 70 EGP. Enjoy free shipping on orders over 2,000EGP
• Our Estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 days.

Payment Policy

• All payments are processed in EGP (Egyptian Pounds).
• We accept online payments through our secure payment gateway, PayMob, as well as cash on delivery.
• Payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
